Okay.

[She leans over to kiss his cheek.]

I’ll be back in a little bit. I just want to get changed into my pajamas and get you more water.

[Grabbing the tray on the way out, she’s careful not to trip on anything. About fifteen minutes later she returns, changed into her pajamas and having brushed her teeth. Whether he expected it or not, she’s planning on staying in here with him all night.]

[ He's put another movie in and is watching it when she returns. Beyond a few more tissues lying around from his runny nose, he's in the same state she left him in. Seeing her enter, he cracks a smile. ]

Those look good on you.

[Daisy looks down at her self, dressed in some sweats and a big t shirt. There’s nothing exactly stylish about it.]

Oh, uh. Thanks.

[She says with a laugh as she shuts the door and brings the bottles of water over to his night stand. Climbing back into bed, Daisy settles down beside him.]

What are we watching?

[ Joric is the epitome of not knowing what fashion or being stylish is, but she looks comfortable and therefore good in his humble opinion. ]

Back to the Future. He goes back in time.

[ And like most movies with scientific concepts, some things are flying over his head, but he's still enjoying it. ]

[Daisy smiles over at him when he explains what the movie is.]

Have you seen it before?

[drawsblood]

No, I haven't. Have you?

[ He has a number of dvds he's grabbed from supply drops but hasn't gotten around to watching yet. ]

I have, but it's been a while.

[Daisy explains as she gets under the blanket and scoots closer to him.]

I can't believe this hasn't made it to movie night yet.

I've found that a great number of movies exist. I suppose it's not easy to fit them all into a movie night.

[ They have plenty of stories passed down, but there are way more movies just here at the station than stories he's familiar with. ]

But you could always suggest it to Newt.

I could. You know, when he's not dying from whatever it is he gave you.

[Resting her head on his shoulder, if he lets her, she then stares at the screen.]

Apparently he wasn't at movie night this time.

[drawsblood]

Hm. You mean that as a joke, right?

[ He knows Newt is a shorter, skinnier man and now he's wondering if he should be worried. ]

No. As far as I know, he wasn't there.

[Knowing how stubborn Newt is however...]

Someone probably strapped him to a bed.

[drawsblood]

No, I meant the first part. The dying part.

[ He frowns, though she won't be able to see it resting against his shoulder. ]

He can't be so ill, can he?

Oh. No, he’s not actually dying.

[She can hear the frown in his voice so she lifts her head to look at him.]

He’ll be fine, and so will you.

[drawsblood]

All right.

[ He assumes she knows more about it than he does, since she knew about medicine to alleviate some of the symptoms. ]

I am glad for it, even if he's the cause of all this.

[Daisy leans over to kiss his temple, not worried about getting sick.]

You're very sweet.

[ He huffs, but doesn't comment, instead settling in to watch another movie. Without meaning to, he'll fall asleep before the end and sleep peacefully for a long time. ]
